Where we ship: United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after processing. Our products ship directly from our partner suppliers, some from US warehouses and some from international warehouses, so delivery times vary by item. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Christmas delivery: To receive your order before Christmas, please order by November 20. Items shipping from US warehouses usually arrive sooner. Not sure about a specific gift? Message us before ordering and we'll check.

Shipping cost: Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping is free on orders over $35.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll track it down or arrange a replacement or refund.
