Refund policy

30-day returns
Not happy with your order? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, for any reason.

Conditions
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number.

How to start a return
Email us at admin@kiddosessentials.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request can’t be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won’t need to send anything back.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened feeding items, pacifiers, teethers, or personal care products, unless they arrived damaged or faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
