Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after processing. Our products ship directly from our partner suppliers, some from US warehouses and some from international warehouses, so delivery times vary by item. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping cost: Rates are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders over $35.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Incorrect address: Please check your address at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours if you need to change it.
Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us, and we’ll track it down or arrange a replacement or refund.
